COVID-19 Update

Fulfillment Schedule
We are fulfilling orders on our normal schedule. All orders will be processed within 2 business days. All orders are packed in-house at our Pasadena Studio. All orders are packed by a healthy team member with gloved hands on sanitized surfaces. 

Nov. 23 Update: New International Shipping Rates to Certain Countries and Shipping to Australia suspended.
The Postal Service™ is temporarily suspending international mail acceptance for certain destinations due to impacts related to the COVID-19 pandemic and other unrelated service disruptions. This includes some of the countries that we regularly ship to:  Germany, Portugal, Spain, and New Zealand. As such, we are offering delivery to these countries via DHL Worldwide shipping at a flat rate of $42. Unfortunately, we will need to suspend shipping to Australia until further notice. 

Shipping Insurance Now Offered
We now offer affordable shipping insurance against lost, damaged, extremely delayed, or stolen packages via Route. Route allows easy claim filing in the event that your package is lost, damaged, extremely delayed, or stolen (including porch piracy) even after your order is marked as delivered, and will cover the cost of your package entirely. Shipping insurance can be purchased easily by checking the Route option box during checkout.

USPS experiencing delays
The USPS is experiencing unprecedented delays. Some packages, depending on destination city, can be left at a sorting facility for many business days, but this does not mean that the package is lost. Any package deemed lost will be marked as such in the tracking information. Please note that sometimes, a package will be marked by USPS as delivered when it is still in transit. Usually, the package shows up within 4 business days. We recommend contacting your local post office if this happens as we are unable to see additional information from our end.
